How to register

To register for the conference, please click here:

At least one (1) Author from each accepted paper must register before the Camera ready copy of the article is submitted (deadline for Camera ready format: 13 September 2002).

Registration Information

Within 5 days of submitting an Online Registration Form, an AI02 Payment Form will be emailed to you. After completing this, please email, fax or post it to the Conference Secretary and she will confirm your registration after it is processed.

Please note:
• Payment is required within 10 days of receiving the AI02 Payment Form
• All Tax Invoices will be posted the next working day after processing is complete
• If your organisation will not allow you to make payment until a Tax Invoice is provided, please contact the Conference Secretary before completing the Online Registration Form.

All registrations include attendance at AI 2002 sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunch, conference reception, and printed conference proceedings.

* A copy of your valid Student ID and a letter from your Head of School/Department that certifies your current status must be faxed with your AI02 Payment Form. Registrations will not be processed until this documentation has been received.

Tutorial Details
Tutorials will be held on Monday 2 December 2002 (except Tutorial 2, which will be held on Tuesday 3 December 2002) at University House, Australian National University, Canberra.

Refunds of Conference Registration can be issued if advice is given in writing to the Conference Secretary by 31 October 2002 (subject to an administration fee). Any cancellations after this period are not eligible for a refund although substitutions are welcome. Refunds for authors of accepted papers are not permitted.

Tutorials, workshops and associated events can be cancelled/changed without a prior notification. Refunds will be issued if cancelled by the Organisers.

All prices quoted on this website and all AI02 correspondence you receive are GST inclusive.
